Join Silent Yoga UK for an adult only Silent Yoga class. Move and stretch away in your own little bubble with SIlent Yoga's headphones. Allowing you to be fully present and move your body to energise and release tension. Please bring your own yoga mat to this class. Headphones will be provided.
