Set within the breathtaking Crystal Grotto, this sound bath will transport you to a realm of magic and tranquility. Painshill’s Crystal Grotto, provides the perfect backdrop for this meditative journey.
The spectacular Grotto is a magical, naturalistic cave with shimmering, bubbling water, rough rock and stalactites covered in sparkling crystals. Come rain or shine, it is a wonder. On a sunny day, shafts of light pierce the cool interior through carefully placed openings in the ceiling. The light makes the crystals sparkle as it bounces off the coral pools and lake water. If it's raining - no problem, the sound of the droplets on the water will equally soothe your senses.
As you recline amidst the shimmering crystals, allow the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and chimes to wash over you, clearing away stress and fostering a deep sense of relaxation.
