Join Silent Yoga UK for a family friendly yoga disco party! Dance and stretch away in your own little bubble with SIlent Yoga's headphones. Allowing you to be fully present and move your body to some disco tunes! Please bring your own yoga mats to this class. Headphones will be provided.
